The Aloe Vera plant contains many beneficial vitamins and nutrients, including vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, E, and folic acid, iron, sodium, copper, zinc, calcium, potassium, chromium, magnesium, and manganese. This healing plant is known for its benefits to both the inside and outside of the human body.
